Summary: When ships were ablaze in Pearl Harbor or Twin Towers were collapsing, it was clear an enemy had to be stopped. Well, Covid-19 is a similarly sinister enemy. It is killing us, invading our social lives, devastating childhoods, bombing our economy, annihilating our jobs, ravaging our mental health, and obliterating our freedoms. And, sadly, there is no end in sight. Even if an effective vaccine arrives, permanent relief is still many months or years away. We can’t wait.
